Brazilian sultry vocalist Lica Cecato´s artistic journey is marked by her unique experiences as a graphic designer, a crooner in Japanese jazz clubs, and a cruise entertainer around the world. Inspired by her conductor grandfather and her saxophonist father, Cecato began her music career in Europe, and went on to earn a degree from Boston’s Berklee College of Music. Cecato´s style defies any labels or categories. Her performances and albums are a blend of traditional jazz, multimedia stunts, Brazilian music and poetry.
